I have the honour to transmit for your information the enclosed copy of a report from the Registrar General, with its enclosure, on the subject of the registration of deaths occurring in the Convents under European management in this Colony.

It does not appear feasible to obtain at present from the Convents more accurate certificates of death than are now furnished.
